I SOMEHOW MANAGED TO COMPLETE INKTOBER!! :D

Woooo I did it guys! Yes, im celebrating this as a great achievement for myself and no im not overeacting and ill explain in a bit, but first let me show you a collage of the whole months worth of drawings.




Anyway, what im trying to say that i am really happy that i finished the inktober challenge, but im even more happy of the all the positive feedback i got from you guys comenting and/or faving my daily drawings. Honestly like there were times that i uploaded a drawing that i would rather threw it away, but becouse you have to upload every day no and i didnt want to forfeit the challange so i uploaded it anyway even tho i was cringing hard at it. To my surprise people liked it left nice comments and sometimes it even got even more faves than the ones I was more proud of! This kinda confirmed that i do overthink things too much and my perfectionist side gets the best of me. 

Like for me, the hardest part was the consistency and being committed to get myself to think of a idea, start drawing and also to finish the idea by the end of the day. And if im being honest, it was though the first 10 days, but after that i slowly got the hang of things and then the only problem was cuming up with ideas on what to draw. But fortunately i had a folder full of pictures for inspiration, so that helped a bit. I've also noticed that when i was looking for ideas, that i was delaying to start drawing becouse "oh let me look up anything that could be even more cooler to draw" and most of the time i was just mindlessly browsing instead of actually drawing. Then at the middle of the challenge i force myself more to start when i have a broad theme as an idea. This way i saved a bit of time everyday, which was important to since i also was working on my animation film on the side. 

I also have to say that drawing traditional again really helped me to slow down my racing mind and to actually think of each brush stroke that i made. I am soo used to digital drawing now that i make 1000 strokes and 1000 ctrl-z's (undo) that on the first few days when i was drawing my left hand was looking for a keyboard  out of habit hahaha! Especially inking is something that i almost never do even tho i love what other artists are capable of doing with ink art, and that is also the reason why i started inktober, soo i could see if i could make anything good myself! And now that im done with all 31 drawing i can say that most of them im happy that i finished them. 

Another thing i want to announce is that i managed to reach my first 100 followers on my instagram account and im also nearing 400 watcher here on deviant art! Soo im really stocked about that! 

Now that i managed to draw every day and keep my state of work flow consistent im off to finish my animation. I will be still uploading from time to time, but i probably will go quite again.. But i promise that i will be back and veary soon at that

I finished my inktober, was dificult at first but got easy at the end. Learned alot on the way and developed good habits on the way. Thank you all for the support
